Isa is a visionary sustainability expert with more than two decades of hands-on experience in environmental leadership across the hospitality and corporate sectors. Passionate about equipping the next generation of Green Executives, she believes that sustainability is not only a compliance goal — it’s a mindset and a movement.

Her journey began at the iconic Sun City Resort, where she led environmental initiatives that earned the resort international green-label recognition and transformed the Nedbank Golf Challenge into a pioneering zero-waste event. These achievements laid the foundation for her approach: blending strategic compliance with cultural transformation and daily operational integration.

Isa has since served as a senior SHE Risk Manager at both Tsogo Sun and Sun International, where she worked closely with executive teams to embed sustainability into corporate strategy and build green teams across multiple properties. She is known for designing and implementing green operational models, running staff mentorship programs, and leading the rollout of ISO-aligned systems that consistently delivered measurable impact.

Now heading *Green Executive*, her advisory and coaching firm, Isa supports businesses through structured programs that combine formal training, weekly coaching, and on-site audit-day support. Her approach ensures that environmental compliance evolves into a living, breathing culture of sustainability.

Isa holds an MSc in Environmental Management from the University of Pretoria and a BSc Honours in Biochemistry from Rand Afrikaans University. Her clients describe her as both technically grounded and deeply inspiring — someone who brings rigor, heart, and vision to everything she touches.
