Lindelwa Xingwana-Jabavu is a seasoned international executive coach, regenerative leadership practitioner, and systemic team coaching expert. With over 25 years of leadership experience across banking, insurance, and state-owned entities in South Africa and abroad, she brings a wealth of insight into high-performance leadership, stakeholder engagement, and organizational transformation.
Lindelwa holds a Master’s in Management and Executive Coaching (MMBEC) from Wits Business School and is accredited in both the Integral and Enneagram frameworks. She is also a Master Practitioner in Systemic Team Coaching (AoEC, UK) and a graduate of the Africa Directors Programme at Stellenbosch University.
A passionate champion of the “Leader as Coach” philosophy, she has trained and coached numerous executives and teams, helping leaders enhance their self-awareness, align personal and organizational strategy, and cultivate ethical, purpose-driven leadership. Her coaching is grounded in values-based principles and is deeply informed by her interest in sustainability, climate action, and regenerative leadership.
Lindelwa has served in senior executive roles for over 15 years, including as Acting CEO of a major South African state-owned entity. Her leadership portfolio spanned HR, Finance, IT, Communications, Marketing, and Operations, engaging with Boards, Ministers, and international partners.
Currently a Director at Change Partners Coaching and an Associate at GIBS (Johannesburg) and Renewal Associates (UK), Lindelwa offers executive, team, and group coaching with a special focus on women leaders and youth development in Africa.
She is a founding member of the Climate Coaching Alliance – Africa Chapter and is committed to building conscious, future-fit leaders who can leave a meaningful legacy.
